"Are you sure that there are good rocks there? I saw some perfectly fine over-" Cass continues to talk while scrambling over, climbing very carefully until she finally sees her pokémon again.
Who, in fact, isn't eyeing something that is like a rock at all.
"Now, that's just an apple someone left behind, let's-" But wait. That apple is about half of her Tinkatuff's size, meaning, it's ... way too large. "Get away-" she could only yell, only for the Flapple to already lash out. However, Sona is quick on the draw as well, blocking the attack with her hammer.
"Sorry, we didn't mean to disrupt you!" Cass quickly approaches, gesturing for Sona to come back to her. Now, the fairy happily obliges, taking a stand behind Cass rather than in front. "You know I can't win a fight here," she murmurs, then focuses her attention back to the Flapple.
Who now also seems a bit disturbed, realising more and more about their environment. It cooes sorrowfully once, then twice, with silence in-between. "Uhm... did you lose track of your group? Should we help find them?" Cass offers. The Flapple seems to eye them a bit distrustfully, but eventually agrees. Sona, as soon as the idea of danger passed, now approaches the Flapple happily, seemingly chatting with it as they go. In fact, Cass might be the only one left to search for any sights of other apples ...
Over the course of several hours, Sona and the Flapple seem to befriend each other, and also some of her other pokémon that she decided to take out to help with the search. Eventually, they didn't find anything however, and she sighs, looking at the Flapple a bit awkwardly. Mom said she should stop bringing in just about any pokémon, but ... ... "Hey, do you wanna join me for now? Maybe we'll find your group sometime along the journey." Sona seems to be excited about the idea, while the Flapple is a bit hesitant.
"I'll just give it a try, and we'll see, hm?" Cass then says, holding back a yawn - she would like to give the Flapple more time, but it already received plenty, maybe ... and she needed to get back home. ... they didn't even find any good rocks.
